For the convenience of the pulverization process, the tire should be divided into tire tread, and tire sidewall. The tire sidewall can be directly pulverized by coarse pulverizer, but the tire treads should be pulverized by tire pulverizer at first. Such tire cutter is the right machine to divided tires into tire treads, and tire sidewalls.
Structure: Frame, rotate mechanism, support mechanism and knift mechanism.
Principle: Use the tire bead as support point and place the tire on the support mechanism, then fix it tightly by adjustage mechanism, then rotate the tire in a low speed by reducer. The knift can extend out and retract at ease. While the tire is rotating in low speed, the knift cut into the tire to cut it successfully. In order to cut the tire more smoothly and cool the knift, water injection mechanism can be added to cool the cutting point.
